Too tired to write much…today went okay but was slightly less productive than I had hoped.I had 1,100 calories…steak with potatoes & 2 home made cookies…and I walked for 2 hours or more and did some legs exercises & standing ab twists…today is sort of like a ‘day off’ from working out too hard which is okay since I have only had 4 in 4 months.getting high & watching parks & rec with my BF and then falling asleep early tonight…before Midnight.
